About the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Role
As a DSP with Chimes, you will help support adults with disabilities in community-based settings. Responsibilities include:
• Supporting independent living skills during activities and outings.
• Using calm behavior support techniques.
• Maintaining simple documentation notes.
• Assisting with personal care and medication administration.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• $21.53/hr standard
• $32.29/hr for Saturday – Sunday shifts
