Lunch and Learn with Regional TAP Classes

Are you a company with career opportunities for transitioning service members in the Greater Washington Region? Do you want to connect directly with highly skilled veterans preparing to enter the civilian workforce?

Sign up to present your organization and open roles at one of four key military installations:

  • Marine Corps Base Quantico (MBQ)
  • Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBMHH)
  • Fort Belvoir
  • The Washington Navy Yard

Each Lunch and Learn offers your company the chance to speak directly with transitioning service members during TAP (Transition Assistance Program) class sessions.

Spots are limited – due to time constraints, only four companies per session are able to present during the lunch hour. Slots are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

How It Works

  • Submit your interest to be added to the presenter queue
  • You will be contacted with the class schedule for your selected base
  • Once confirmed, you’ll have the opportunity to share your company mission, open roles, and pathways to employment

Sponsor a Lunch (Optional)

Companies are welcome (but not required) to sponsor lunch for TAP class participants as a gesture of support and visibility.

To Submit Your Interest:

Email the following to tmca@novaregion.org:

  • Company Name
  • Industry
  • Installation(s) you’d like to present at

We look forward to helping you connect with top-tier transitioning talent and build your future workforce—one mission-ready hire at a time.
