Hiring and Transition Support

FCEDA’s Military & Veteran Talent Program helps companies access highly skilled military and veteran-connected talent while helping transitioning service members and military spouses discover employment, education, and career pathways across Northern Virginia.

The program is built on regional coordination, employer engagement, and trusted relationships with installation Transition Assistance Program (TAP) offices and workforce partners.
