  • Free virtual workshops for all, even those not meeting eligibility criteria

  • Free certification and skills training in high-demand industries

  • Broad professional development opportunities through NOVA Workforce (affordable training in business, healthcare, IT, and skilled trades)

  • Tuition assistance options, including FANTIC, the G3 Scholarship, and Grow Manassas
