University of Maryland: Pathways Forward Hub

The University of Maryland (UMD) created the Pathways Forward Resource Hub, a platform designed to support displaced federal workers and contractors and the wider community. The hub connects users to:

• Career events and job platforms with defined pathways

• Career advice and upskilling tools, including resume, cover letter, and interview resources

• Access to free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) across a wide range of topics to support professional development

UMD also offers free online certification courses in AI, along with low-cost, multilingual personal development programs.
