The Fort Belvoir Career Summit is a two-day, in-person hiring and networking event designed to connect employers with highly skilled talent from the military community.

More than 40 employers will meet face-to-face with 275+ military spouses, transitioning service members, veterans, and caregivers. Participating companies are hiring for opportunities in Cyber/IT, Logistics & Supply Chain, Skilled Trades, Human Resources, Defense Contracting, Project Management, and more — representing over 25,000 open positions and an expected 40% offer rate.

April 16 | 1:30–4 p.m. Hiring Fair

Workshops will cover compensation and negotiation, SkillBridge and training pathways, and interview preparation to ensure candidates are ready to connect and compete.
